Abstract:	This guide, a pillar of the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program’s mission to continuously improve HIV/AIDS clinical care, presents best practices in the clinical management of HIV/AIDS disease for health care providers. It incorporates new insights in response to patient needs that have expanded across a broad spectrum of medical, psychological, behavioral, and social issues, and infected individuals identified late in the course of their HIV disease that confront clinicians with complex and immediate care challenges. The guide is organized in 10 sections presented in a time-tested format proven to provide busy clinicians easy access to crucial facts.
