Title:	Securing High Quality Health Care in Rural America: The Impetus for Change in the Affordable Care Act. December 2010
Abstract:	This report provides an overview of the Affordable Care Act of 2010’s (ACA) National Health Care Quality Strategy and Plan that will affect rural populations and their health care providers. It discusses measurements and transparency, payment and incentives, support and tools in the ACA, workforce improvement, linking rural ACA efforts with quality improvement plans, suggestions for rural-specific and nationwide actions, and how the report may be used as an agenda-setting document for rural health quality strategy. The report includes contact information for the Rural Policy Research Institute Health Panel.
