Title:	Policy Brief. Pollution Sources and Mortality Rates across Rural-Urban Areas in the United States (February 2010)
Abstract:	This policy brief reports the number and types of potential pollution sources present in rural counties and their potential impact on health outcomes. It highlights the need for further research about the distribution of pollution in rural areas, appropriate training for health care professionals to diagnose and treat environmentally instigated or mediated diseases, and improving coordination between the health care community and the public health community in rural settings. The study includes tables, figures, and references.
