Abstract:	This report presents findings from the Consultancy Meeting held by HRSA’s HIV/AIDS Bureau/Special Programs of National Significance Evaluation and Support Center, for an initiative on enhancing linkages to HIV primary care in jail settings. The report addresses HIV in jails; rapid HIV testing technology; data elements and data security; and how ethically to meet the needs of a diverse jail population. The report includes figures, references, and appendices.
